For vibration graphite, the standard grades are TSK and GSK. The main difference is the max. grain size of TSK is 2 mm, the max. grain size of GSK is 0.8 mm. Their commoncharacteristic is good structure and homogeneity,low ash content, high mechnical strength, good electric-thermal stability property, larger sizes are available, they can be used for maching parts with large size. Properties can be improved by further impregnation with resin and oxidation resistance treatment.
Application:They are widely used for producing polycrystalline silicon in photovoltaic industry, heating and thermal insulation elements in monocrystalline silicon furnace. They are also used for casting, chemical industry, electron, nonferrous metal, high temperature processes, ceramicsand refractory materials.
Main Products: heater for polycrystalline silicon and monocrystalline silicon furnace, thermal insulation cover, heat shield and cover board, graphite crucible with large size, casting mould, sintering utensil, large industrial furnace, vacuum furnace, heating element assemble, and so on.
